The Anatomy of a Cannabis Plant
The cool thing about cannabis is that there are so many different parts to it, each of them offering a variety of different purposes, with the plant growing stems that are long and narrow, with leaves that fan out, extending to places that are called nodes in a lot of cases. The Structure

The roots, Stems and The nodes
The most common parts of a cannabis plant are the stem, roots, nodes, and branches, which are the main part and they make up the entirety of the plant system, allowing it to grow quite tall, and get some sunlight. It’s pretty easy to understand tough. The roots are basically what keep the plant in the ground. Basically, the roots come out of the seed, a taproot or main root is created, and basically they absorb the water, oxygen, and even other nutrients. The stem is there to offer stability and structure, with the main stem of the plant, or the stalk, being the main lifter of this, and it’s what supports the entirety of the plant itself. Then, the branch connects to the stalk in certain ways too, which is actually a very important part of the plant itself, called the node.
The connection point is known as a node, and the nodes are basically where cultivars see what type of gender the plant has, and also the pre-flowers before you get the buds. The buds are what someone want, since buds are what cause you to have the marijuana flower that you can consume. The amazing thing about this, is that you can actually learn how to manipulate different parts of where the plants and the nodes grow, and basically the cultivators shorten the spacing of these nodes within the plant, improving the amount of the bud sites, and then, the leaves come out from this.
